Q. How do I book a Limousine:
A. Simple fill out the reservation portion with time and date of service requested.  All services must be booked with a Credit Card

Q. Why does a Limousine Service charge more?
A. A limousine Service is a luxury service, were your driver is uniform, has extensive knowledge of the city and is there to make your transportation as pleasant as possible. Unlike taxis who want to drop you off as soon as they can to get another fare, Limousine Service is there to wait for you and stays with you until you dismiss the driver.

Q. Things to keep in mine when hiring a Limousine Service:
A. Cheapest fare is not always the best way to go. A regular taxi in NYC charges about $50 from NYC to JFK. Some Limousine companies will say the charge very low rates, then add all kinds of extras at the end of the trip. ALWAYS ASK WHAT THE FINAL FARE WILL BE.
A reputable company will always give you the final fare.

Q. How is the fare calculated?
A. All rates includes base fare and 20% gratuity  +(any tolls and parking if applicable).

Q. Is there waiting time at airport arrives?:
A. Yes we give you 30 minutes on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights.

Q. What if I need to CANCEL a reservation:
A. All Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of service or a minimum of one hour rate will be applied in the city and FULL airport fare for airports pick ups.
